Your open-bed pickup truck or trailer-hauling vehicle is essential for this role.

Are you seeking an active part-time job that allows you to earn additional income? We're on the lookout for part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to help maintain the cleanliness of apartment communities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within the apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or trailer. There’s no heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping involved.
  • Utilize our user-friendly mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos.
  • This active role requires walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You Will Receive:

  • Pay: Starting at $20 per hour.
  • Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM.
  • Part-Time: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week.
  • Nearby Assignments: We strive to assign you to properties close to your home.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation: an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license & auto insurance (listed as a covered driver).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire).
  • Smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs regularly during your shift.
  • Willing to work around bagged trash and waste.
  • Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
