Job Description Job Description A well-established Milwaukee self-storage company is seeking a full-time, reliable, and customer-oriented Property Manager . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with prior property management or leasing experience and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000 per year (based on experience) Benefits: We provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits program for all full-time employees Position Overview The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more storage locations. Duties include sales, customer service, administrative tasks, general property upkeep, scheduling, and completing weekly and monthly reports. This role also involves coordinating with vendors and team members, maintaining accurate inventory, processing rent collections, preparing bank deposits, managing collection activities, and handling the receipt and distribution of packages for customers. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in general office computing and software applications Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Prior management or leasing experience with a stable work history preferred Valid driver's license and insured vehicle with a clean driving record (required for bank deposits and other errands) Cash handling experience Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management regarding property issues Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. , with occasional Saturday availability as needed (hours may vary by location) Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking the property, cleaning units, opening and closing storage doors, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
