This role supports patients in Springfield and surrounding areas and comes with a remarkable $10,000 first-year success bonus to reward your key accomplishments within your first year

We seek compassionate occupational therapists who:
- Hold a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Possess a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience
- Hold a current driver’s license and can spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Are committed to consistently meeting crucial deadlines for charting
- Exhibit strong self-management skills for time and scheduling
- Have demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
