At Butlers Bus Service, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our dedicated team that safely transports students. Whether you have a CDL or if you're new to driving, we offer paid CDL training (a $6,000 value) to help you get started and provide flexible schedules that allow for a great work-life balance.

No CDL? No problem We’ll fund your training and assist you in obtaining your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely transport students to and from school and various activities
  • Maintain schedules and operate assigned routes
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Assist students on and off the bus as needed
  • Adhere to all DOT, state, and district safety regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Safe driving record (no suspensions or major violations)
  • Ability to pass drug test, DOT physical, CORI, and SORI checks
  • CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
