Summary

We are seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for a position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The Recruiting Coordinator position assists our Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This candidate will be responsible for scheduling, candidate communication, and various administrative tasks to create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This full-time, in-office employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiting Coordinator your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

  • Post job openings to internal and external job boards
  • Communicate with hiring managers and candidates regarding interviews and pre-employment status
  • Submit background checks and coordinate all pre-employment screening
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding tasks
  • Track recruitment metrics
Requirements:
The primary requirements of a Recruiting Coordinator are:
  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • 1 + year of customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given work week.
