Pay: $18 - $20 / hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification; training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Create an engaging environment that promotes skill acquisition, functional communication, and readiness for school.
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy.
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials for consistent implementation and monitoring of outcomes.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Work closely with children to encourage ongoing skill development, enhance functional communication, and foster peer interactions.
  • Celebrate victories (big and small), help kids and families recognize milestones, and enjoy more high fives than you ever imagined

Required Skills:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
