- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, fostering relationships to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Utilize provided scripts and customize your sales pitches according to customer needs and feedback.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness, delivering a quick and professional service in all customer interactions.
- Document all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress accurately within our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
