Data Entry Clerk

A well-known financial services firm is looking for a temporary candidate to assist with heavy data entry. This role is fully onsite in a warm and friendly environment. Ideally candidate must be detail oriented, organized and being able to be self-managed. This will be a 4-6 week assignment.
- Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and title documents, ensuring proper organization and filing.
- Log titles accurately into custody systems, track check-outs, and maintain chain of custody.
- Review title documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper borrower/dealer matching.
- Conduct DMV follow-ups on pending or held titles, documenting updates and escalating issues as needed.
- Perform data entry across multiple systems to keep title records accurate and current.
- Provide general support to the Title and Remarketing teams while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
