Job Description
- Supervise and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities and compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in pre-construction planning and post-construction evaluations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
