Company Overview:

Cornerstone Caregiving is the fastest-growing privately owned in-home care company, expanding to over 130 offices in 37 states in less than 4 years. Our mission is to empower seniors to age in place with dignity and support. We are looking for a standout leader to drive the growth of our new branch.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Director, you will take charge of your branch while receiving continuous corporate training and support.

Business Development: Create and implement a marketing strategy to position Cornerstone as the top choice for in-home care.

Referral Building: Build and nurture relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.

Staffing and Scheduling: Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ensure that all shifts are well-staffed. Handle on-call responsibilities as needed.

In-home Assessments: Foster strong relationships with clients, conduct assessments, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management: Manage the office budget with a clear focus on achieving profit and loss goals.

Cultivating Culture: Develop a positive workplace environment that attracts top talent, incentivizes performance, and enhances team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a successful management track record
  • Proven ability to meet sales and business development targets
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Significant experience in recruitment, hiring, and staff management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
