Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from preliminary discussions to final placements.
- Partner with Clients to deeply understand their recruitment goals, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Employ Strategic Sourcing utilizing our CRM/ATS alongside your own network and resources.
- Utilize Our User-Friendly Platform to stay organized, track outreach efforts, and streamline candidate management.
- Focus on Permanent Placements designed to offer enduring value to clients and lucrative commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as you help elevate both our brand and yours.

- 2-3+ years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience
