Twin City Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Forklift Operator for a well-established company in Bloomington, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced warehouse work, accuracy in order fulfillment, and being part of a dependable shipping team.
Location: Bloomington, MN
Pay:
- 1st shift: $22/hr.
- 2nd shift: $23/hr.
- 1st shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

- Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Grade and weigh materials accurately
- Load and unload trucks and secure loads properly
- Complete required shipping and inventory documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift and inventory experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, kneel, and bend throughout the shift
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
