Our marketing team adds qualified appointments directly to our Solar Consultants calendars - you’ll get plenty of opportunities, but we also expect that you fill your time with activities that will help you become a success to the tune of $200,000+ . We have Consultants that are already doing it and that are happy to share their secrets for success.**

** As a Simply Solar Consultant, you will:**

  • ** Run in-home and virtual appointments**
  • ** Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies**
  • ** Generate solar system designs and proposals**
  • ** Follow up consistently with prospects and signed customers to create positive outcomes for all**

** Requirements**

  • ** Proven track record in solar sales**
  • ** Outstanding closing and follow-up skills**
  • ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
  • ** Integrity, honesty, and a strong desire to create a positive homeowner experience**
  • ** High proficiency with computers and online tools**
  • ** Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours**
  • ** Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record**
  • ** Current HIS license**
  • ** Ability to pass a pre-employment background check**
  • ** Reliable and always available transportation**
  • ** Fluent in Spanish preferred**

** Nice-to-Have Skills**

  • ** Salesforce or other CRM experience**
  • ** Estimating experience**
  • ** College degree**
