Pay Range: $70,000-$95,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
Make a real impact in your community
• We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
• You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

What You'll Do:
• Provide therapy and mental health support to individuals and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Work closely with an integrated care team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development.

What We're Looking For:
• Master's degree and NYS clinical license (LCSW, LMFT or LMHC).
• 3+ years of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience with diverse populations; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• BLS Certification (renewable during onboarding).
