Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, administering physical therapy treatments, and educating patients and their families on home care and preventive measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercises, preventive care, and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Doctorate (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and patient care.
- Strong knowledge of medicine related to physical therapy and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide home care instructions and support patients independently.
