Position Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is pivotal to the overall performance of our restaurant. In this dynamic role, you will ensure every Guest receives an incredible experience and that our restaurant operates smoothly by managing staffing, training, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the restaurant as the chief member of the leadership team.
  • Oversee the restaurant’s overall margins and financial performance.
  • Offer guests a heartfelt experience through thoughtful ingredient preparation.
  • Maintain food quality and consistency by following established recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Restock and organize kitchen stations for efficiency.
  • Utilize a daily checklist to guarantee an exceptional Guest experience.
  • Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
  • Interview applicants and identify future talent.
  • Develop chefs and supervisors into future leaders.
  • Assist with additional assigned duties.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Capability to work with various kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold kitchen environments.
  • Able to hear and communicate clearly in a busy kitchen.
  • Ability to articulate and speak clearly.
  • Must be able to lean, bend, and reach as necessary.
