Position Overview:
As a Full-Time, Year-Round Skilled Lift Maintenance Technician, you will be a critical part of our Mountain Operations team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts by performing maintenance and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair various lift equipment, including conveyors and high-speed detachable quads.
- Perform regular inspections and scheduled maintenance during the winter operating season.
- Respond to lift breakdowns and conduct thorough inspections of lift components during the summer season.
- Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, and engines, as well as low voltage safety circuits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of mechanical or electrical experience; detachable lift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player willing to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to climb and work at significant heights and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
