Step Up as an Emergency Room Nursing Manager
Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? As our Emergency Room Nursing Manager, you'll guide a skilled team dedicated to saving lives and delivering top-tier care when it matters most. This is your moment to combine clinical excellence with strong leadership - and make every shift count in our busy adult emergency department.
Here, compassion meets innovation. Our team has a long-standing reputation for quality care, teamwork, and a strong sense of community. As a Nurse Manager, you'll find a supportive culture that values your ideas, invests in your growth, and empowers you to lead with confidence.
Our hospital is located in a thriving community that blends suburban charm with city convenience. You'll enjoy great schools, diverse dining, cultural hotspots, and plenty of green spaces for relaxation. Whether you love weekend festivals, outdoor adventures, or quick trips downtown, this region offers a lifestyle that fits every pace - and every family.
You bring a current RN license (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and ACLS within six months of hire; PALS is a plus. Neonatal Resuscitation certification is required. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and lead diverse patient groups will set you up for success as a Nursing Supervisor in our emergency department.
From driving performance improvement initiatives to collaborating with Nursing Unit Supervisors, you'll keep our department running efficiently and effectively. As an Adult Emergency Room Leader, you'll serve as a key resource for physicians, staff, and families - ensuring seamless communication and the highest standards of care.
You'll take pride in mentoring and supporting your team - from hiring and onboarding to coaching and developing talent. As an RN Manager, your leadership will inspire a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion that elevates every patient experience.
We offer a competitive salary annually, plus robust benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and both Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage.
