What You'll Do:
- File and maintain legal documents and case files.
- Make trips to the different local courthouses
- Learn and utilize legal-specific software systems quickly and effectively
- Communicate with clients and debtors
- Verify Employment
- Process service return tasks promptly and accurately
- Communication with Courts, Marshals, and Sheriffs
- Conduct research to support casework
- Handle re-issuance of service for pleadings
- Draft, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor and follow up on garnishment processes
- Processing payments ; and
- Assisting with general office duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in legal or collections-related work is not required, but it's a bonus
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced & structured environment
- Strong organizational skills and a ttention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and legal-specific platforms
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- A high level of professionalism , discretion, and reliability

Please Note: This position includes a 90-day probationary period to ensure a great fit for both you and our team. After successful completion of the probationary period, there is potential for a pay increase based on performance and fit within the team.
