ROLE LEVELS
This engineering position is open for candidates at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer levels. Please refer to the minimum qualifications for each level below:
Expected Salary Range:
- Entry-Level - $85,000
- Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
- Senior Level - $117,000 - $143,000
Salary ranges are annual and commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including bonus and 401(k) options.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The role involves performing engineering and technical tasks under direct supervision to support nuclear plant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all engineering outputs meet applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out assigned engineering and technical tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Support engineering work functions across various projects.
- Fulfill additional job assignments and responsibilities as per company policy, including emergency response duties and support during outages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Entry-Level E01 Engineer – New Graduate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear).
- Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical evaluation or testing as needed.
Mid-Level E02 Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with at least 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical evaluation or testing as needed.
Senior E03 Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with a minimum of 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical evaluation or testing as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Engineer in Training certification is a plus.
