Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy plans that inspire them to meet their functional aspirations.
  • Implement Therapeutic Solutions: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily life activities.
  • Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Groups: Work in close partnership with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses for comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques that support their continuous improvement at home.
  • Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure that patients remain on the right path to recovery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are welcomed and encouraged
Licensure and Certification
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT certification is mandatory
