Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Generalist to support our Human Resources team across a wide range of recruitment and HR functions. This role plays a key part in coordinating the candidate assessment process, tracking applicant progress, supporting hiring managers, and assisting with HR initiatives and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on company and external job boards, university career sites, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate candidate assessment testing, including sending assessments, tracking completion, and following up with applicants and graders.
  • Engage with candidates, schedule screenings, and support the overall recruitment workflow.
  • Source and review resumes based on required qualifications.
  • Communicate regularly with HR team members, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment events such as campus visits, career fairs, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Assist with developing or enhancing HR processes, including performance review workflows and HR technology projects.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate dashboards and reports.
  • Provide general HR and recruitment project support as needed.
  • Assist with HRIS data entry (Workday experience a plus).
  • Complete special projects assigned by the HR Director.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
  • Knowledge of HR is helpful but not required.
  • Experience in human resources, customer service, sales, marketing, or communications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or HRM systems preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters.
