As a part-time Senior Shift Leader, you will drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling. Your role will also include supporting our leadership by managing tasks like reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

About You:

  • You enjoy engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can commit to working 4+ days a week, including Sundays and Mondays.
  • You are able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
  • You are comfortable preparing, cooking, and maintaining a clean work area and equipment.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong results-driven approach.
  • You can work independently but also excel in team settings.
  • You prioritize safety in a retail environment.
