Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, focusing on the management and optimization of Kafka-based data pipelines. This role involves working with a variety of big data technologies to ensure seamless data processing and system efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and managing Kafka-based data pipelines
- 7 years of experience in Hadoop ecosystems
- Experience in monitoring and optimizing Kafka clusters
- Ability to troubleshoot Kafka related issues effectively
- Experience in maintaining the availability, performance, and security of Kafka infrastructure
- Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Storm
- Proficiency in creating and managing Kafka topics, producers, and consumers
- Experience with Python-based Kafka consumers and producers
- Design, develop, and manage Kafka-based data pipelines
- Monitor and optimize Kafka clusters
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kafka related issues
- Perform 3rd level administrator support for Kafka infrastructure
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of Kafka infrastructure
