About the Role

Join our dynamic retail team and become the face of our in-store sales. You'll learn face-to-face direct sales, delivering exceptional customer service across our 62 clients-ranging from telecommunications and charities to sporting campaigns. With structured morning and evening training, you'll boost your confidence and selling skills daily.

What You'll Do
• Engage customers one-on-one: Greet shoppers, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions
• Direct sales & upselling: Introduce and close sales effectively using proven strategies
• Client management: Represent telecommunications, charity, and sports campaigns with professionalism
• Customer service: Handle inquiries, returns, and follow-up with friendly and efficient support
• Training participation: Attend morning and evening sessions to continuously refine your skills
• Team collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and help us hit weekly targets

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude with a friendly, positive presence
• Comfortable standing and actively engaging with customers
• Eager to learn and quick to apply coaching
• Previous retail or direct sales experience is a plus-but your enthusiasm matters most
