Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Everett, Washington
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join a growing behavioral health organization as a Therapist Supervisor, where you’ll oversee clinical operations and mentor therapists across diverse programs. You’ll ensure high-quality client care through effective supervision, compliance, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing supervision, case consultation, and performance feedback.
  • Approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
  • Conduct staff meetings and training to maintain best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement across clinical programs.
  • Partner with leadership to manage quality assurance and workflow.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
