Job Title: Anesthesia Technician

Must-Have: Pediatric experience preferred; 1 year of experience acceptable; experience with GE anesthesia machines and Mindray preferred

Description:
The unit supports a large number of surgical suites.
Duties include the cleaning and maintenance of anesthesia machines.
Responsibilities also involve setting up circuits and performing anesthesia machine checks.
Inventory management for anesthesia machines and supply cabinets is required.
Tasks include restocking and moving items to required locations.
Candidates will assist with art line setups and respond to emergency situations.
Experience in working with a variety of surgical equipment is beneficial.
Travelers are expected to adapt to a welcoming environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Flexible scheduling and opportunities for weekend and holiday work may be available.
There is a supportive staff structure in place, with leadership available for guidance.
This role does not require tele monitoring skills.
The need for floating between departments is rare.
Scrubs are provided, but employees must provide their own OR shoes.
Emphasis is placed on collaboration and teamwork within the unit.
