As a Principal Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions across CRM, ERP, and SCM domains, driving transformation and delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture vision and transformation roadmap during pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Develop end-to-end solution and integration architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define and refine architectural strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to leverage their capabilities for business augmentation.
  • Provide thought leadership in CRM, ERP, and SCM, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
  • Build and align competencies in CRM, ERP, and SCM with market needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their transformation journey.
  • Manage change impacts on architecture and ensure adherence to design principles.
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to account strategy planning
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in CRM, ERP, or SCM domains, with a deep understanding of enterprise applications.
  • Proven thought leadership with at least 1-2 industry publications.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong skills in process, information, and integration architecture.
  • Experience working in a consultative mode with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage pre-sales and post-sales engagements with software vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inclusivity and collaboration.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where all voices are heard and valued


**This role will require customer travel up to 25%**
