Position Description

Our client is looking for two Entry Level Supply Chain Specialists (Level 1) for their Oklahoma City, OK warehouse facility. The Supply Chain Specialists will act as key liaisons between external customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. This role involves resolving issues related to materials that cannot be received, working closely with relevant parties to identify and address root causes effectively. Additionally, the specialists will coordinate shipping activities with government entities and the 3PL warehouse, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment in Oklahoma City, OK.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite Oklahoma City, OK

Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve part shipping and receiving issues.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
2 years experience in Customer Support, Retail, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations.
Computer experience (Microsoft excel, outlook, etc)

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience working with a 3PL logistic provider

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Typical Education & Experience: High school diploma plus 2 years related work experience
