Home Health Aid

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support mobility and physical activity, including walking and exercise routines Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Monitor vital signs and report changes in health status to medical professionals Administer prescribed medications under supervision Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean and safe living environment Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and ability to lift or move patients as needed
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Previous experience in home healthcare or elder care Familiarity with basic medical equipment and procedures
Certifications (if any)
CPR and First Aid certification Valid HHA certification as required by state regulations
Education: High School
