As the QualifiedMedication Assistant (QMA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Performingvarious resident care activities and related non-professional servicesnecessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of theresidents
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting,on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
- Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
- Maintaining a safeworking environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Mustbe certified (QMA)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
- Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
