POP UP: Seasonal Sales Associate

As a Seasonal POP UP Associate at POP MART's SKULLPANDA Pop-Up, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant, memorable customer experience. You'll guide guests through the art exhibition, assist with jewelry and blind box sales, and support both event and in-store operations. This role blends retail, art storytelling, and customer engagementperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Pop-Up & Event Support

• Assist with setup and breakdown of SKULLPANDA displays, exhibition elements, and event fixtures
• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and attendees, answering questions and sharing SKULLPANDA's artistic story
• Guide guests through the art exhibition, offering insights into SKULLPANDA's design, inspiration, and POP MART's brand culture
• Support event flow by monitoring activities, assisting with line management, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pop-up space

In-Store Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet customers warmly, engage in conversations, and identify shopping needs
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART's characters, SKULLPANDA artistry, and jewelry product lines
• Drive sales of blind boxes, jewelry collections, MEGA figures, and exclusive accessories, delivering personalized recommendations to customers
• Confidently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy and speed
• Support stock management, including shipment deliveries, restocking, and visual merchandising to ensure attractive displays
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both customers and team members

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, or event support experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-first mindset
• Ability to share brand stories, guide art experiences, and engage diverse audiences
• Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays required)
• Comfortable lifting/moving product or equipment (up to 25 lbs)
• Bonus: Multilingual skills, knowledge of IP backgrounds and stories, or prior experience in jewelry, specialty sales or art exhibitions.
