Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: $23.82 per hour / $47,997.30 annually

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 available for active P&C (Property and Casualty) General Lines Insurance license holders

Jumpstart Bonus: Receive a $1,000 bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (6 months).

In this role, you will answer billing inquiries, make policy alterations, and provide personalized recommendations to our valued customers. Qualifications & Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or ongoing studies are preferred.
