Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Canton, Massachusetts

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 1st shift training - 2nd shift work

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling

  • Load/unload materials and prepare orders for delivery

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Operate equipment safely (forklift experience a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

  • Forklift certification/experience a plus
