Job Description - ERP Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation and testing activities across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, Oracle Fusion functional knowledge, and proven experience overseeing full lifecycle testing, from requirements to UAT and production validation.

Responsibilities:

Working with our Implementation partner, the candidate will be responsible to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Focus of engagement will be on developing and overseeing the full testing strategy for Oracle Fusion implementation:
• System Testing → SIT → End-to-End Testing → UAT → Regression → Cutover & Post-Go-Live Validation.
• Design test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing cycles and ensure defects are tracked and resolved promptly.
• Ensure data validation processes, workflow testing, and integration testing are fully completed and drive QA from project initiation through deployment.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ERP Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, HR).
• Proven track record in leading and executing end-to-end testing cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle ERP Application Knowledge
• Oracle Testing Suite (OATS) and Oracle Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience using Planview PPM Pro for project governance and ProjectPlace for collaboration and project management
