Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, commission, and relocate new production machinery and ancillary equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic.
- Vocational training or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting or programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
