Description

In this role, you will steer critical initiatives from concept to production readiness while collaborating with diverse teams across engineering, finance, security, and project management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience running cross-functional engineering initiatives.

  • BS or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field

  • Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing active listening to build strong relationships.

  • Consistent record of leading large teams to establish and achieve success metrics across various programs and portfolios.

  • Proficient in navigating a wide range of technical infrastructures.

  • Strong practical understanding of user interactions with software and systems.

  • Extensive experience in strategic and program delivery, with a focus on teamwork within a matrixed environment.
