Arcadia Home Care and Staffing are hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This rewarding, entry-level position provides consistent, flexible full-time/part-time hours to accommodate your personal needs while providing a great career with a growing, innovative industry leader.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care
  • Provide occasional house cleaning, and laundry, and assist with meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and daily errands
Caregiver Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, hospitalization, as well as vision and dental insurance coverage through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plans after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Employees will accrue PTO in accordance with the WA PFL calculation.
