Your Role:
- Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during your shift.
- Collaborate with management to assess the quality of patient care and implement improvements.
- Foster teamwork and support a patient-first environment.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage healthcare resources efficiently.
- Participate in training and developing staff, addressing any conflicts, and completing performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control and manage supply needs for the unit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Active RN license in practice state.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
