About Capriotti's

As a Shift Lead, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift. You'll guide and support team members, ensure top-notch service, and uphold Capriotti's standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Delegate tasks and ensure efficient, accurate execution
- Foster a positive, respectful team environment
- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure food quality
- Follow all operational procedures including food safety and cash handling
- Assist with labor management, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements
- Uphold Capriotti's values with professionalism and integrity
- Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
