Are you a detail-driven accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's financial goals.

As part of our collaborative finance team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to critical reporting processes, enhance efficiency across departments, and provide valuable insights that guide business decisions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be trusted with a range of responsibilities, including:
  • Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
  • Performing variance analyses and providing insights to management.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
  • Supporting tax compliance efforts through data preparation and reporting.
  • Participating in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or vacation ownership industry a plus.
