Receptionist/ Cashier

We are seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role includes greeting guests, answering inbound phone calls, light administrative support, and handling basic cashiering duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, trustworthy, and committed to excellent customer service.

• Warmly greet customers and notify the appropriate team member.

• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Assist with scheduling, message taking, and customer inquiries.

• Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions.

• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of shifts.

• Provide receipts, handle deposits, and follow dealership cashiering procedures.

• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.

• Perform light administrative duties (copying, filing, scanning, etc.).

• Support the sales and service teams with customer check-in and data entry.

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.

• Cash-handling or cashier experience is a strong plus.

• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling money.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM tools).

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, friendly demeanor.

• Part-time: approx. 20–25 hours per week.
