Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk to join our team in Frederick, MD. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Accurately document and label incoming and outgoing inventory using internal systems.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and tracking.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
