Qualifications:

  • A compassionate heart for serving patients and families with a commitment to outstanding care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in chronic disease management or long-term care within the last 5 years; hospice experience is preferred
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift up to 80-100 lbs comfortably
