Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students facing speech and language challenges.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster students’ academic and social skills.
  • Track and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings while ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal mandates.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related Communication Disorders field.
  • A (Provisional) State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, as required for school employment.
