Baer is looking for SAP Test Architect for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP Test Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for SAP programs.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices aligned with business processes.
  • Perform integration, regression, and functional testing activities across SAP systems.
  • Define automation approaches to support frequent releases, patches, and regression cycles.
  • Strong understanding of key SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and related business processes.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori applications, and Signavio process models.
  • Validate end-to-end processes across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Lead the design and execution of regression test suites.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve speed and consistency of testing cycles.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Tricentis or equivalent SAP-focused automation tools.
  • Knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load and stress testing) for SAP environments.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) or similar platforms for test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Test data creation, management, and masking for sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager Test Suite, including configuration, execution, and integration with defect tracking systems.
  • Lead and mentor teams of functional and technical testers.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex project environments with a focus on quality and delivery
