Snapshot / Role Overview

We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer Foreman in Phoenix to lead installation crews and deliver high-quality mechanical systems for commercial projects.

Impact

• Lead installation teams on commercial HVAC projects across Phoenix metro area

• Ensure on-time, on-budget completion of complex mechanical installations

• Drive quality standards that exceed customer expectations and industry benchmarks

• Mentor crews and maintain zero-incident safety records on active construction sites

• Support sustainable building initiatives through precision installation practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects

• Coordinate equipment deliveries and installation sequences with project teams

• Review blueprints and specifications to guide installation activities

• Ensure compliance with local codes and manufacturer requirements

• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce job site safety protocols

• Train technicians on proper installation techniques and quality standards

• Interface with project managers and general contractors on progress updates

• Perform final inspections and system testing before customer handover

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions

Requirements

*Must-Haves:*

• 8+ years commercial HVAC installation experience

• 3+ years crew supervision and leadership experience

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Experience with large commercial equipment (10+ tons)

*Nice-to-Haves:*

• Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent certification

• Forklift and crane operation certifications

• Experience with design-build project delivery

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
