Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product excellence and minimize defects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and workplace standards.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, resource allocation, and inventory levels effectively.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for performance evaluation and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams effectively.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and control.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
