About the Role

Program Manager, MSP Operations

The Program Manager is a full-time employee responsible for acting as an extension of the client's Talent Acquisition and HR teams. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations and overall success of the contingent workforce program by ensuring smooth delivery, achieving positive business outcomes, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client's team members and program stakeholders
  • When needed, act as the liaison for global recruited workers and MSP clients
  • Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing insights and recommendations that drive operational objectives
  • Provide training and ongoing support to client team members, suppliers, and contingent workers on systems and processes
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer service throughout all program operations
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed through timely communications, reporting, and metrics related to program performance
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with client team members, contingent workers, and supplier partners
  • Identify challenges and proactively develop and implement solutions
  • Monitor program success and growth, addressing areas for improvement as they arise
  • Improve requisition performance by collaborating with suppliers, hiring managers, and HR teams to refine recruitment processes
  • Lead weekly status meetings with HR, hiring managers, and suppliers to review performance metrics and forecast trends
  • Provide training to hiring managers on program policies, requisition entry, candidate review, and contractor time approval within the VMS
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly program reports to client and corporate management, including QBRs, SLAs, financial budgets, and project plans
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in MSP program management
  • Demonstrated accountability across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with hiring managers and suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
