As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation across various environments. Your role will also involve collaborating in program planning, treatment protocol development, and helping the team achieve set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluation services by reviewing historical information, performing assessments, and documenting results while clearly explaining treatment plans to patients and their families.

  • Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, consulting with healthcare professionals as necessary, and adjusting plans when patient conditions evolve.

  • Ensure efficient discharge planning and follow-up care, providing precise and timely documentation that outlines the patient’s care journey.

  • Exhibit strong time management skills and maintain an accurate schedule, demonstrating a professional commitment to enhance patient access to care through adaptability and empathy.

  • Pursue continuing education to promote professional growth and competency, and assist in mentoring new staff and students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure required based on the location.

  • Candidates must have American Heart Association's BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
